Caring for your bag
Our bags are made from sturdy, heavy weight cotton canvas and will last for years if they are looked after. We recommend you wash your bag in cold water and dry it on the line. Don't put it in the dryer as it may shrink and damage the print. To keep it looking its best, give it a quick iron on the wrong side. Don't iron directly on the print.
When will I get my order?
At Pooch Face, we hand-print your clothing to order, and it generally takes us 5 business days to get your items in the post. Shipping is free on all orders Australia-wide! This is sent with Australia Post as regular mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
